About this session

Business continuity has long been built around processes, systems, and recovery plans. But as disruption becomes more frequent and more human in impact, organizations also need visibility into the people dependencies that determine whether continuity plans will actually work.

This session explores how people-related dependencies can be built into BCM program design, governance, and review cycles so resilience becomes operational, not theoretical. The panel will discuss how organizations can design the BCM program backbone to enable and strengthen people readiness, decision-making, and recovery capability before disruption strikes, helping teams identify vulnerabilities and close readiness gaps.
