Before USTC, he spent three years at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where he built and led the company's global Business Resilience Center of Excellence. Prior to that, he spent eleven years at Vestas running Business Continuity & Crisis Management and serving as Crisis Manager for the Corporate Crisis Management Team. Christian was a finalist for Risk Manager of the Year for his handling of the 2015 Tianjin Harbour explosion, has advised on Danish national crisis management doctrine, and was recognized by the Danish Ministry of Industry as a best-practice example for his COVID-19 response.
